Onirico World · Creative LabField Note 01

OniricoWorld

The dream is not somewhere else.

Creative lab. We study the gap between what we see and what we fill in. Each drop is a Study and arrives with a garment, a printed field note, never restocked.

01

The Thesis

Beauty lives in the gap between what you see and what you fill in.

You meet someone for twenty minutes on a train. You get four facts, and you build a whole person out of them, and that person is better than the real one could be, because you built them out of your own best material. The beauty holds exactly as long as the details stay assumed. The same thing happens to a table an hour after the food is gone.

Subject Type A

Ceremonies

The ordinary things we do that nobody thinks to look at properly. The sobremesa. The walk before anything. Cutting fruit for someone. The forty minutes of leaving.

Subject Type B

People We Invented

The stranger we met once and finished in our heads. The neighbour we have a whole theory about. The artist we admire. The person from that summer whose surname we never learned.

Manifesto

We are not going anywhere.

We have jobs. We have Mondays. We have a map full of saved pins for a city we were in for nine days and have been thinking about for nine years, and forty of those pins we never got to.

And still we are dreaming, most of the day, quietly, with our eyes open.

This is a lab for that. We study the things we only half-know. An hour after the food is finished and nobody has stood up. The street at seven in the morning, before it has decided what kind of day it is. The woman on the train with the book, who we gave a whole life to in four stops and will never see again.

None of it is true, exactly. That is the good part. Beauty lives in the gap between what you see and what you fill in, and it holds for as long as you don't check.

We make a few shirts about it. Small batches, organic cotton, water-based ink, printed by people we can call by name. No sales, no logos the size of your chest, no one telling you that your real life begins the day you quit.

Because the dream is not somewhere else. It is at this table, an hour after the food is gone, and nobody has stood up yet. Stay a bit longer.

05

How The Lab Behaves

01

Organic cotton, water-based inks, small European workshops named on the product page.

02

No sales. No Black Friday. No discount codes. If it is worth the price it is worth it in November.

03

No influencer gifting. If someone is given a shirt, it is because they were at the table.

04

Never restock a sold-out Study. The scarcity is a consequence of small batches, not a tactic.

05

Collaborators are named and paid. Every time.

06

Growth is allowed to be slow. A lab that has to hit a number stops being a lab.
